Class times are 45 minutes in length. This is a 15 Week Winter/Spring season for children who attend this school.

Soccer Shots Policies

Registration Policies:

Refund Policy:

• • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled session, including make-up sessions.
  • Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a season for behavior reasons, a refund or credit will be issued after deduction for sessions already attended.
  • There is no refund of the enrollment fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after the third week of the season.
  • Refunds or credits requested prior to week three of the season will be given for the remaining sessions only.
  • All requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]
  • A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all returned checks.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any school, site or field closure due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of God).
  • In the event that government mandates prohibit in person soccer sessions, any sessions that were scheduled during this time will take place virtually and no refunds or credits will be issued in lieu of virtual sessions.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• If you chose to have a split payment option for one of our school locations, the second payment will process automatically one month after the first payment was processed.
• However, the season balance must be paid in full before the end of the season. If any balance remains unpaid on the account, it will be processed on the day before the last scheduled day of the season. This final payment may be automatically processed before the one month mark from the previous payment.

MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

• During spring, summer and fall seasons, whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, we will make up a maximum of two classes for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather (extreme cold, heat, or rain) or special events.
• During the winter season, if your school or center is closed on a Soccer Shots day due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school or center to reschedule up to two cancelled sessions or offer a make up session at a different location and time.
• Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made.
• See Refund Policy for our policy on make ups for sessions cancelled due to the event that government mandates prohibit in person soccer sessions.

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY:

• Children will be picked up and dropped off from their classrooms by the coach.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please note authorized pickup person on the registration.

SEASON PRIZES:

• Season prizes vary from season to season and are a free gift to current Soccer Shots participants.
• Anyone withdrawing from a season will not receive a season prize.
• Because season prizes are free, there is no discount or pro-rated refund option if you choose not to receive a prize.
• Season prizes will be at the discretion of Soccer Shots.
• Soccer Shots has the right to waive season prizes due to limited supply or low enrollment.

JERSEY POLICIES

• As of January 18th, 2023 jerseys will be mailed directly to the customer within 2-4 business days after the annual enrollment fee is charged.  
• Jerseys will only be received once per school year when annual enrollment fee is paid.
• Extra jerseys may be purchased from Soccer Shots North Alabama for a price of $10 per jersey, while supplies last.  Contact [email protected] for order information.
• ANNUAL JERSEYS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CANNOT BE OPTED OUT OF FOR A CREDIT OR REFUND

ENROLLMENT FEE

• Enrollment fees will be charged once per school year.
• Example 1:  Register for Fall 2021 season, pay enrollment fee at this time, receive jersey, next enrollment fee will not be due until Fall 2022 (new school year), when you will receive a new jersey.
• Example 2:  New registration for Winter, Spring, or Summer 2022 season; pay enrollment fee at this time; receive jersey; next enrollment fee will be due Fall 2022 (new school year), when you will receive a new jersey.
• ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
